How to Fix: There Was A Problem Communicating With Google Servers

Registering your Gmail account to your google play store on your android phone is very essential. Users of some android phones sometimes find it frustrating if the process is not as smooth as it is supposed to be.

This problem was caused by communication with the Google Servers.

Method 1.

1. Go to mobile settings scroll down and click on Apps.
2. Click on manage App.
3. Find the Google play store.
4. Click on storage and click on clear data and clear cache.
5. Go back to the home screen and restart your device.
6. Launch Google play store once again and you can now sign in to your Google play store.
